This change adds an Agent Client Protocol entrypoint via the
sgracp --config <yaml>binary, documentation andconfig.yaml.examplewere updated, unit tests were added, and the exampleSGRFileAgentwas refactored to extendToolCallingAgent(single function-calling step per iteration) with aFinalAnswerToolfallback when the model returns no tool call.
